I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the entrance to the Sanctuary. I was pleasantly surprised to find many delicious French restaurants nearby, making it convenient for me to indulge in some tasty cuisine. The room was beautifully appointed, with modern and elegant furnishings. I especially loved the double sink and the bath and shower, not to mention the stunning view of the garden from my window. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The free Wi-Fi connection was excellent, allowing me to stay connected to my loved ones and share my travel experiences online.
All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city. Just a short walk from the church and with excellent amenities like room service, laundry service, and an array of room facilities such as tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area.

When we went in at about 9.30 pm we had mistaken the dates and found that infact the booking was for the next day, but the very efficient receptionist (Andrew) went into the trouble of securing a triple room for the three of us. Hotel was a lovely place, very close to the Grotto and we enjoyed our stay there, although it was only for a night. We would certainly go there again.

good location to the Sanctuary
Very bad service in general, enormously smelly bathroom, very small and damaged bed, very noisy!!! The staff lost my luggage when I was leaving the hotel.... The gave my luggage to a completely different taxi driver who was taking some people to the airport (and I needed to go to the train station)!!! Finally, when my taxi arrived, the driver managed to organise for my luggage to be delivered to me at the train station. I had to wait for approx. 45 min to get it. Luckily, I had enough time till my train arrived but if not I would have missed it. Far too expensive for the poor service and professionalism of its staff.

Great for Easter break, close to attractions Stayed here over the Easter weekend and it was fantastic! the hotel is located in a prime spot, close to all the main attractions. the room was spacious and clean, with two comfortable single beds. the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area and things to do. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of options. a great choice for an Easter break!
Lacked atmosphere, air conditioning not adjustable the only downside was that the hotel lacked atmosphere.

Convenient location to the Sanctuary of Lourdes, with a quick walk and situated just in front of it. the hotel is also on a busy shopping street. Large and comfortable rooms, with good amenities such as kettle, and comfortable beds and linens. the staff is helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
The dinners could use some improvement in flavor and finesse, according to one reviewer.

The view from the room was stunning and the bathroom was very spacious. The hotel was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, which was super convenient. the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
The bed was uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The wifi signal was also weak, causing frustration when trying to use the internet.
